Dahlia is a Queens, NY native working in the design and marketing industry since age thirteen. Inspired by the vibrancy of her city, she studied at the High School of Fashion Industries where she obtained a technical degree in Visual Merchandising and Marketing. With a basic academic understanding of branding, fabrication, graphic and set design, she journeyed onward down the block to study at NYC’s Fashion Institute of Technology, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Exhibition Design. At FIT, she developed skills in 3D Rendering, Fabrication, Branding, Strategy, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design and Experiential Design.
The desire to earn new skills pushes her to pursue work in a wide range of industries whilst honing her repertoire. Embracing storytelling through a lens of creating experiences for visitors and consumers, she focuses on building a cohesive moment, or picture, that values brand ethos and messaging. By positioning herself between design and strategy, holding an effective creative standpoint that makes for elevated, impactful work with visual appeal. She has worked with recognizable brands such as: Netflix, Baileys, Invesco QQQ, Cetaphil, Covergirl, SOBEWFF, NYCWFF, Pluto TV, US Weekly, TLC, Spotify and more. Far from her beginnings in Queens, her passion for creativity and design continues to motivate her in all of life.
